Hotel Stay Deposit and Cancellation Policies:
Our hotels have deposit and cancellation policies based on dates of stay and specific rate types. Please read the policies carefully when you book.
Hotel Human Occupancy and Pet Policy:
The hotels maximum occupancy must be adhered to. If you are over the maximum occupancy for your chosen room, you may be turned away and forfeit the cost of the room, or if available, have to purchase another room. The number of persons in your reservation must be accurate and is a binding agreement. You must reserve the room for an accurate number of people and if you do not, will be subject to added charges upon check in. There is no age limit – a person is a person from 1 day to 100 years. We do not have roll-a-way beds or cribs. This is for the comfort, safety and security of all guests.
If you are traveling with a pet, it must be reserved in advance and the one time pet fee per reservation must be paid for at check in. If you do not notify us of a pet(s) in your reservation (in the services and add-on section) at the time of booking, we may not have a pet area room available for you, and you may be turned away and forfeit the full cost of the room.
